The Operations division is made up of field employees that protect the public works in the town in addition to providing key services to the community of Fairfield. These include maintenance of buildings, parks, fields, beaches, etc; operations in town buildings; repair of town property and vehicles; recycling; care of public areas; set up for community events; construction of roads and many other things.
