What kind of exercise programs does the center offer?

The senior center offers a wide variety of exercise programs tailored to the particular needs of the adult community. Among the exercise programs offered are easy Tai Chi, arthritis exercise, flex and stretch exercise, senior exercise, creative motion exercise based on the Feldenkrais method, yoga, zumba, and co-ed exercise. The center also has a walking club. With rare exceptions, most seniors can participate in our exercise programs--even those who have disabilities or limited motion. Our highly trained instructors will carefully evaluate your physical condition and work with you to help you reach your maximum potential. Remember, it's never to late to get into shape. Exercise is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself, and folks can benefit from any amount of exercise. So move any way you can!
