In accordance with Town Ordinance, Blight Complaints must be submitted on a signed Blight Complaint Form. Anonymous complaints cannot be accepted.  Service Requests cannot be used to file a Blight Complaint. Please download, fill out and sign the Blight Complaint Form, and return in to the Health Department. Visit the Blight Information page for more details.
