If your ticket begins with 'P' or is hand written, you have received a Police Violation Ticket issued by the Fairfield Police Department.

If your ticket begins with 'R' you have received a Day Fee Parking Ticket issued by the Fairfield Parking Authority for parking at one of the the town's train stations.
